Doodling in the Workplace?


Lori and I recently had the opportunity to work with another corporate group delivering a 3-day Wellness (stress management) workshop/retreat.  We shared the typical scientific background illustrating the mechanics of the stress response and then we got busy with all kinds of solutions – most of them creative, as that is where we both know some great strategies lie for creating ongoing balance and wellness.  And, as usual, they LOVED it – the drawing, doodling, mandala drawing and clay sculpting.  Finding unusual, yet very effective new ways to cope with life’s challenges are our focus in this workshop.  Perhaps this TED video helps to share our thoughts on the matter:
